Shipping and Delivery

All orders are usually shipped within ( 3 ) business days, except for imprinted custom products ( refer to the product's individual page ) or if the product is on back order due to large demand. In that case, you will receive an email from our sales department notifying you of this.
Returns

Postal mailed products may be returned within ( 14 ) days of receipt for refund or replacement. All returned products must have a RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization ) number issued by us. The RMA must be clearly marked on the package, or the package will be refused and no credit will be given.

To request a RMA from us, email us with your request. An RMA number will be issued in a response email. RMA numbers are only valid for ( 10 ) business days.
